Hokudai/Cast 7: Fukumitsu High School

This is a special Hokudai/Cast. We had the chance to teach at a high school and recorded all the students there plus their teacher. A great time was had by all. Well, maybe all. Me, at least. And I hope you'll enjoy listening to juniors in a Japanese high school speaking English to each other.

Fukumitsu High School is over the hill from Hokuriku University but it takes about an hour to drive there. It's in a small, very traditional town called, oddly, Fukumitsu, which is part of a much, much larger city called Nanto. Fukumitsu has about 25,000 people while Nanto has about 60,000. Small scale in Japan but there's nothing small about the students we interviewed. They were Great!

Please enjoy!

Check out our Hokudai/Cast website, too.

Music is “See You in Seattle” by the Scottish Guitar Quartet from podsafeaudio.com. Also, various noises are from Free Sound.
